In compliance with the Department of Enterprise Services Supplier Diversity Policy DES-090-06, the Washington Grain Commission has compiled a Forecasted Needs Report for all non-competitive and competitive purchases for the upcoming fiscal year. ​The report​​​ summarizes the annual forecasted needs for all competitive, sole-source, and non-competitive procurements for single purchases in excess of $20,000. This proposal is based on the priorities and needs identified to date. As circumstances evolve, additional needs or opportunities may be identified and considered throughout the year.
