WGC & WAWG
The Washington Grain Commission is supported by many of the same farmers and landlords who are members of the Washington Association of Wheat Growers, a sister organization that is guided by members through grass-roots committees.
WGC and WAWG work cooperatively to protect and enhance the industry and further its domestic-oriented goals. This includes joint industry communication efforts.
Other Grower Services outlays are directed to organizations like the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association, the Washington State Crop Improvement Association, quality evaluation of new varieties and the National Association of Wheat Growers.
